Dan from 1st Drainclear arrived on time diagnosed the problem and immediately went on and fixed without any fuss. He was good in providing advice in how to avoid further blockages (not using wet wipes) charged what was quoted to us on the phone 85 including the vats

What can I say, friendly engineer and telephone staff, even at 2am, fixed our ‘overflowing issues’ fabulous (85 pounds all in). Advert said 85 but was willing to pay more, however this is a genuine company and charged exactly what the advert said! thanks a bunch, you bunch thumbs up.

I can confirm that 1st Drainclear provide a good service, just had a totally blocked drain that was spilling evil smelling water down my garden. My attempts at clearing it with too short rubber gloved and various implements only made the problem worse. I called 1st Drainclear they said they would be with me within 2 hours and in fact they were here in 1 hour and problem solved by a very pleasant chap
I had a similar problem a few months ago, Wish I could remember the name of the company this is was something like 1st Drainclear. They were based in Chislehurst and charged flat fee which was way cheaper than other options and they were decent and professional chaps who came quickly and got the job done. I found their number in the phone book.
We discovered we had severely back up drains in a property we’d recently bought. Our builder tried to unblock them with rods for 3 hrs with no luck. I found 1st Drainclear via Google and called them at 9am. Someone arrived by 11.30. All was sorted within an hour. Their rods didn’t manage it but their high-pressure jet did the trick fairly easily. The fact that it was a set price was great, normally with these things you’re handed a nasty bill at the end. I’d definitely use them again and 2 plumber friends have even asked for their details as they said the price is very good value.
